Puddle Duck Relays, Saturday and Sunday
Teams of three Puddle Ducks will compete in a series of races near the South Shore. The first member of each team will wait at the Start Line near the shore and carry a “Noodle” to the second member waiting by the first mark. They will in turn carry the “Noodle” to the third member waiting by the second mark who will then sail to the Finish line (or back to the first member who has returned meantime to he start if we decide to make it a two laps race) The course will be sailed in a counter clockwise direction (i.e. all marks to port) The Noodle must be carried outside the triangle formed by the marks. Now is the time to start forming your team possibly by getting friends without a PDRacer to start building one as soon as the weather gets warmer. A final relay race will be held on Sunday. Don’t forget to bring the rest of the family to enjoy the 2013 Lake Arthur Regatta this weekend.
